Just finished this shoe bag and matching jewelry case for a customer....what a great gift idea! As you can see, my photography skills have not improved. Hope you will check out the Basement when shopping for holiday gifts.
It's been so long since the last post, hope I remember how to do this! I get so frustrated with fellow bloggers who go for long periods without posting, and now I'm one of them! If anyone is still checking in, I hope to do better, but no promises...life does seem to get in the way. It's finally cooling down some in NC and Fall is absolutely my favorite season!
Customers are already placing holiday orders so it's time to take inventory, shop my vendors & place orders. Trying to decide what to offer is always tough, but hopefully I've made some choices that you will love! Of course, customer input is always appreciated, so if there is something you'd like to see added,...Let me know! Here are some new items available in the Basement, please check them out and add some to your shopping list!
Am I really 50+? Life is good. My fortunes include an amazing husband, four fabulous daughters (2 birth, 2 bonus), two wonderful son-in-laws and three adorable grandsons. I am a teacher and owner of a home-based business. I started Basement Bags, a custom sewing/embroidery boutique, in 2005 and am working hard to monogram the world! I am usually too loud, always on a diet, passionate about sewing/embroidery, love to read, appreciate a good glass of White Zen, and live for school vacations. I am thankful for hair color and shapeware. I love 'Mexican dates' with my family, summers at the lake, thunder storms and sleeping late on Saturday! "Home" is my favorite place on earth.
